Amigo builds Brazil's largest management platform for clinics and medical offices, used by 45k+ healthcare professionals. I started three products from zero and lead their architecture with a team of up to 10 engineers.

• Took Amigo Pay from launch to BRL 100M+ in TPV in 10 months by designing its architecture end to end, from the acquirer integration and transaction processing to the web, mobile and POS capture channels, with a 0.00012% chargeback rate.
• Launched Amigo One and Amigo Contábil from zero by owning their architecture, planning and delivery on Node.js, React, React Native and PostgreSQL, growing company revenue by 5% and reaching 45k+ physicians on Amigo One.
• Automated accounting operations for 1.5k+ physicians by designing and building Amigo Contábil, making the accounting teams that use it 5x more productive than the market average.

Talkdesk builds cloud contact center software for enterprise customers. I worked on routing and admin services in a microservices architecture from Lisbon.

• Increased call-routing accuracy by 10% by building and improving the agent-matching logic that assigns incoming calls to agents.
• Reduced admin configuration time by 10% by building APIs and React front ends for user settings and permissions, and contributed to white-label features that opened sales opportunities with large enterprise clients.

• Built the core of Amigo Clinic as one of its first engineers by designing the APIs for scheduling, medical records, finance and settings on Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL. The product grew to 45k+ healthcare professionals and 60%+ of company revenue.
• Helped scale Amigo Clinic to 2M+ patient appointments and 80k+ invoices a month by leading task planning, architecture decisions and code reviews.
